                          Thermocouple Cables



Application    
These Cables will be used to carry the milli volts Generated at hot junction of temperature sensing instruments like, Thermocouples installed on equipments to the temperature measuring Instruments / Temperature Controllers installed on control panel.
Thermocouples are used in process to Sense temperature and are connected to the parameters for indication and control. The thermocouple and pyrometers are electrically connected by thermocouple extension/compensating cables. The conductors used for these cables are required to have similar thermoelectric (emf) properties as that of thermocouple used for sensing the temperature.

Description
1.29/0.81/0.71/0.30 mm homogenous wire materials.
PVC insulated cores twisted to form pairs.

These cables are used for indoor installation for the interconnection of telephones, telegraph & electronic equipments, for example telephone exchanges in domestic & commercial buildings.

Annealed tinned copper conductor.PVC insulated.Color coded.Twisted into two pairs/quads.Laid up.Melinex taped.PVC sheathed.G.I. Wire armoured.Overall PVC sheathed telephone cable in size of 0.5, 0.6, 0.71 and 0.91 mm.

                        Rubber Cables




Application    
Rubber insulation provides high flexibility to cables. It also permits simpler splices and termitions. High ambient temperature in a steel, Chemical, Cement, Sugar, Plants or in Aeronautics, Ships, Coalfields and refineries call for cable which can withstand the sever aging conditions during operation and also to ensure current rating at constant ambient temperature. EPR/Butyle rubber insulation stands up to 85 Deg. C continuous conductor temperature conductor at operating condition.
